Landfills — Farmington Landfill Closure

FRAMINGTON, NH — The project consisted of capping a fifteen acre industrial landfill containing shredded plastic and vinyl (automotive interior fluff). The work included reshaping and grading of the existing material, construction of stormwater swales and detention basin, and placing and grading of a sand drainage layer and loam vegetative cover. T Ford Company, Inc. (TFCI) completed the project in six months, well ahead of the owners projected schedule.
