Project Description: TFCI was the general contractor for this 38,000 square foot self-storage facility built on the island of Marthas Vineyard off of the coast of Massachusetts. Specific challenges included on-island delivery of building components, mechanical systems installation, and worker housing during the peak summer tourist season.
